but my instinct were saying 2 diff things - one, follow the picture in my head.. follow what i remember from 'studying'.

went with the latter.

obviously i was too tired to do anything. hope that's the only thing i screwed up. why couldn't they have put the mcq first?

i almost missed the mcq questions. urgh.....

and what were the other two 'things' needed for hydrolysis of fats? was it supposed to be KOH? coz i put water and surfactants... er.. i'm not even sure what the question is exactly, right now.
