The Remedy (I Won't Worry) - Jason Mraz

On a different note...

I blame this on the change in weather [the major factor in my opinion], somewhat late nights (2am bedtime and waking up at 10am), showering at 12am and quite possibly my brother's contagious tonsilitis.

My holidays are ruined because I'm now sick and drugged to feel drowsy practically the whole day. I went to see the doctor yesterday morning at my brother's persuasion because his tonsilitis started quite similarly to my er... flu/cough/fever.

I went to the doctor's [just on the ground level of my HDB flat] at about 9.45am (?), came back home at about 10am. Mum went to buy porridge for me because I really couldn't eat anything - no oily/deep fried/spicy/from-the-deep-blue-sea/acidic foods.

So I had my 'brunch' at 11-ish and took meds... Boy, I never had to take so many different medicines at one shot before. I had the funny tasting cough syrup, Panamol, Antibiotics, Flu meds, Lozenges. Urgh...

It was really bad yesterday as I took the meds and got sent off to bed. Slept from 12pm to 3 something pm.

When I woke up... Guess what I did??

I finally finished reading City of Ashes - though I have no idea why it's called City of Ashes. City of Bones I read before I left Aus. Very interesting... Couldn't stop. Haha.

City of Glass will be out next year!!

I also want to read The Spiderwick Chronicles. I rented the movie and it was really good. Wonder if the 'Chronicles' are a series of books - there was only one movie. I shall google that now.

Cassandra Clare, the author of the City of Bones and etc books, is a friend of Holly Black, one of the co-writers of The Spiderwick Chronicles. COol....

For some reason, I thought that the Spiderwick books were written a long time ago.. Was kind of shocked when I discovered that it was published only a few years ago.

Right, so now that I'm done with the available books from The Mortal Instruments Trilogy, I shall get back to Brisingr. :D
