Oh, the world will sing of an English King a thousand years from now.
And not because he passed some laws or had that lofty brow.
While bonny good King Richard leads the great crusade he's on,
We'll all have to slave away for that good-for-nothing John.
Incredible as he is inept, whenever the history books are kept.
They'll call him the phoney king of England.
A pox on the phoney king of England.
He sits alone on a giant throne pretending he's the king;
A little tyke who's rather like a puppet on a string.
And he throws an angry tantrum if he cannot have his way.
And then he calls for Mum while he's sucking his thumb.
You see, he doesn't wanna play.
Too late to be known as John the First
He's sure to be known as John the Worst.
A pox on that phoney king of England.
Lay that country on me, babe.
While he taxes us to pieces and he robs us of our bread,
King Richard's crown keeps slipping down around that pointed head.
Ah, but while there is a merry man in Robin's wily pack,
We'll find a way to make him pay and steal our money back.
A minute before he knows we're there,
Old Rob'll snatch his underwear.
The breezy and uneasy king of England.
The snivelly, grovelling, measly, weaselly,
Blabbering, jabbering, jibbering, jabbering,
Plundering, plotting, wheeling, dealing
Prince John, that phoney king of England.

Twilight is OUT!!!! at least in the US it is. :D
If it's good and unforgettable, it might warrant a second watch at the cinemas.
Haha.
OH Gosh!! I've gone nowhere in my reading! Grr...
Must remember to get Daughter of the Forest from Emma in bh before I forget, she forgets and we both leave. heh.
I'm looking forward to going to church tomorrow.
6 days and counting till I go home.
I wonder how I'm gonna get that part-time job when I go back [and if I want to do so anyway when I get back]. I mean, I'm gonna be hanging out with friends and going away for Christmas... HOW?????

Every town had its ups and downs,
Sometimes ups outnumber the downs.
But not in Notthingham.
I'm inclined to believe.
If we weren't so down,
We'd up and leave,
We'd up and fly,
If we had wings for flying
Can't you see the tears we're crying?
Can't there be some happiness for me?
Not in Nottingham.
Every town had its ups and downs,
Sometimes ups outnumber the downs.
But not in Notthingham.
